Musashi`s in Bellevue

STRONGLY recommend the Chirashi Bowl here! I have been ordering take out from here a lot recently. The sashimi is always fresh and you can replace items to your liking. Friendly staff and very fast food preparation! You won’t be disappointed :)

As long as you like Japanese food and carry cash, then just go to this restaurant and enjoy! We ordered the Chirashi bowl which is amazing. Fresh and tasty. You can ask to give more of the fish you like by taking off another kind.

Amazing sushi with very high quality fish. They stay cash only as a way to keep prices down, so value for money is super high. My favorite is the chirashi bowl.

I called there today and picked up an order. 1. They got my name wrong, even after I spelled it out for them, making pickup difficult. 2. I had a large order which I repeated twice to make sure it was right. They did not repeat it back to me, so I assumed they got it right.3. They were incredibly backed up and made me wait for 5 minutes to simply pick up an order.4. My order was incorrect. I called in to see what the deal was, and the man taking my call did not apologize, did not fix my order, and even blamed me for him getting the order wrong and being busy.This place is the least professional place I've ever been to. Do not go under any circumstances.

Thickly sliced nigiri, yummy Hamachi & Sake, but the Maguro was absolutely the best! And pricing was very affordable. Wish i could get my sushi there regularly!

Delicious food, simple and quick service, always busy, never fails to surpass expectations. The spicy tuna is a must try. 20$ is good for 2 including tip!

Great restaurant, great quality cuts, fast surface. The best place to have had "hit the spot," or indulge in your random well needed sushi fix.

Chirashi Bowl and Salmon Roll (sorry, ate 2 pieces prior to taking picture) were very good. A bit too much rice in the roll but solid overall meal. Oh and interestingly this establishment accepts CASH or CHECKS only. 3.5 stars!

Even as a person that does not enjoy sushi, I can tell that this Chirashi bowl is doing it. With 4 pieces of 4 fishes, along with fish roe, unagi (eel), and scallops, this bowl is very delicious. However, the grilled salmon rice was less than pleasing. The salmon grilled was burnt, and it was mostly fat, not meat. I find this dish somewhat contemptible, as I love grilled salmon head. However, the miso soup was very delicious, and went great with the Chirashi bowl. This restaurant has a solid 4 star rating from me.

I was kind of on the fence in making this review... only because it’s such a lovely hidden gem. The food is authentic and not overpriced. The owners are lovely and down to earth. I also love that they have not expanded and only have a handful of seats. Overall it’s a very genuine, authentic, and a joyous place to come and enjoy a meal.Will always recommend.
